Here is a brief “Why I Do What I Do”
My second career? Real Estate. After 27+ years selling telecommunications products and services and a few years as a stay at home Dad, I moved into real estate. I love it! And I love discovering how to use and apply new technologies & communications mediums to this business so my clients get maximum exposure for their properties. I love deploying new tools that make it easier for buyers to find properties that fit their dreams and budgets.
I have recently become involved with the Pro Standards group for my Association – why? Because I am interested in helping make this industry as professional as possible and worthy of the trust clients place in us when they engage a Realtor®.

Scott – thanks. I use Diverse Solutions. It has a lot of flexibility and I present the data in many ways. Slider in the side bar, Market Report pages, Subdivisions, and down in the footer, Communities Served. all that plus the search engine. Oh, and listing data on my props too. Just starting to utilize the campaign capabilities in the CRM. Check them out.
